Darlings, our fashionable city is all set for SA’s premier Spring/Summer fashion event, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Cape Town (MBFWCT) 2014, which will see over 25 Top South African Designers present their collections in 15 shows at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, from 24 to 26 July.
The awesome line up of fabulous creatives include esteemed South African Fashion Designers such as Gavin Rajah, KLûK CGDT, Stefania Morland, Fabiani and Craig Port, as well as many promising up and coming, aspiring local designers.
The impressive line up includes SHANA, W35T, Lara Klawikowski, Pichulik, Nicholas Coutts, Michelle Ludek, Tart, Ruald Rheeder, Non-European, Spilt Milk, Lo, Lazuli, Danielle Margaux & Selfi, Leigh Schubert and Loin Cloth & Ashes.
“As Cape Town enjoys its status as World Design Capital 2014, AFI is celebrating creative freedom under the pillars of Fashion, Art and Design, with various exciting developmental platforms to add a uniquely engaging element to the event,” says Sizwe Nzimande, spokesperson for African Fashion International (AFI).
